We provide a special move in
cleaning service to make your new home sparkling clean and ready
for you to occupy.
The labor rate is $25 per hour, 4 hour minimum. Supplies,
if needed, are $95. Sales tax is additioanal. If necessary
we can provide a free in-person estimate to determine
your specific requirements and how much it will cost.
What we do:
BATHROOM CLEANING: Deodorize and
disinfect all areas including scrubbing clean commode,
sink, tub, shower,
shelving and floor.
Polish all chrome and glass.
KITCHEN CLEANING: Wipe clean all surfaces including
interiors of cabinets, drawers and appliances. After
we
leave you can stock the perfectly clean shelves and
refrigerator.
GENERAL RESIDENTIAL CLEANING: Vacuum
and/or wash or floors; clean inside all closets. Wash
windows, sills, remove dust from all baseboards, trim
etc.
No area is missed.
Upon completion, you will have a home perfectly
clean in all areas. |
